About Kimberly
Kimberly is often moved to tears at weddings due to the deep empathy she holds in her heart. Kimberly not only knows how to guide special moments, but also how to capture the essence of the smallest details. Kimberly has 23 years combined knowledge and experience with Studio, Portrait, Newborns, Graduates, Event and Wedding Photography. She will have a detailed consultation with an itinerary to follow for the wedding day. She is able to adapt to all settings and situations.

The Process
for wedding photography
Introduction
With the scheduling of a consultation at Kimberly Design Studio or nearest coffee shop to client, Kimberly goes through all package prices for your Unique Wedding Experience. While discussing expectations and details of locations, she will get into the time process of dressing, traveling, taking pictures, ceremony, formals, and more.
During this process, she discovers your printing, digital, and sharing needs to curate the perfect package with custom quote. No two families or weddings are alike. She wants you to feel special on your important day.
Here's How The Process Looks
Discussion
Discuss locations, document addresses, and calculate distances. Take note of beauty appointment times. Talk about engagement photos, bridals, or just wedding day photography.
Refinement
Based on feedback and collaborative discussions, I refine the chosen details, fine-tuning every detail, from number of sessions to departure of reception ensuring it aligns with our vision.
Proposal
Within our scheduled consultation ,Kimberly will present the proposal costs. Upon decision, the signing of the contract will be occur with all specific details. If the client chooses to take time to make a decision, the client will have a copy of details to review, and they can sign electronically.
Delivery
Hand delivery of photo products will occur the day of the wedding for previous scheduled sessions. Delivery of all other products for day of wedding day will be mailed to the clients. An online gallery for digital download will be available to the clients.
